An interesting part is when Louis asks the Vegas Agent (the one who organizes stuff for the millionaire gambler), whether he gambles or not... the Agent basically says "no way in hell would I spend a penny in this place, I've worked long enough in this City to be smarter than that".

BTW, the woman in the call center on the Niemann-Marcus request is a "c-nut" and should be fired immediately. Squabbling over an extra $1k on the card, are u serious? Could u imagine losing a white whale over a mere pittance like that? Give the guy his 4 or 5k, no Q asked. That's his avg roulette spin, for god's sake.

Try calculating how much revenue he was bringing in per annum. First off, it looked like he damn near had an entire floor to himself. If he ventures out 8x per year, I'd say that's well over +$1.0 Mill, let's say $1.5 Mill. If this whale decides to take his action elsewhere, that phone-lady should be fired by mgmt.
