Hillary Fights On - WHAT Does She Know that We Don't?
I am a big college hoops fan, esp their postseason. The NBA leaves me colder - I bet only two games so far, and those for chump change. Only if an "angle" jumps out on me.

Right now, I enjoy more the blood sport of politics, specifically this Dem primary thing.

    And in speculating on motivations.

    Specifically, Hillary's.

It's acknowledged that she can't win - more and more superdelegates each day are declaring for Obama. Esp now that he's doing better in the polls vs McCain.

Sure, she wins WV big on Tues. Kentucky also. She makes what in these times would be considered by anyone else a racist comment, that only she can win the "white working class vote."

    But she, logically, can't win.

    Or can she?

Does she know somethng we don't? I was not of a conspiratorial mind, at least not until BushCheney and their hot band of neocons lied the nation into war to benefit another country.

OK, let's be logical. (1) She and Slick have had their hearts set on this for so long they can't give it up. Even tho Hill is "borrowing" huge amounts from her own fortune to finance the faltering campaign.

Is that it? She wants to win a few more primaries before gracefully bowing out? And to do so she'll dig into her and Slick's familiy fortune?

Hmmm, no. Not likely. Not to me anyway.

    (2) She desperately wants the black guy to indicate that he wants her as his VP running mate. And will pay off all her campaign debt.

Except that any moron knows that Obama ain't going to offer her that, she can run up to and past the convention. After all, he wants to win in November, and Hil would be a dead weight. And anyway he would not want her and Bill setting up a "parallel" White House once the oaths have been taken.

    (3) After re-cementing her close relation with "The Lobby," she is privy to information they have, and the rest of us do not.

Like, another devastating attack on Obama is about to come down, worse than the Preacher biz tht Sen Obama survived.

A biggie. One that she can wave before the super delegates, and tell them that now, in the wake of the new scandal, only she can win.

Sounds paranoid. But so would, in 2000, the idea of an elected president going to war with supporters of the rightwing hero of another land buzzing in his ear . . .

Keep an open file on this one.

And also the next, and final . . .

But I gotta get a cup of coffee first

    (4) Hillary has become an unlikely hero of the neocons, like Billy Kristol, son of neocon founder Irving Kristol. The main journal of the neos, The Weekly Standard, edited by Billy, is actually praising the lady.

They really like her comment about "obliterating" Iran.

So, Hil has connections and friends among those wonderful folks who gave us Iraq.

And so: have they tipped her that there will soon be war with Iran?

A war that will surely begin with a manufactured "outrage," to get the citizens of Moronia all whipped up. As Moronia always and forever gets itself whipped into a bloodlust frenzy in the early stages of any big war.

Especially with a nice propaganda effort, some "outrage" to be avenged.

And when it happens, Hil will say to the Demo bigwigs, and to the country: "We need a strong no-nonsense leader here, and I'm it. I did support the Iraq war,and I support this one. The American people, angry that our ships were attacked in the Gulf, will not vote for a pussyfooter and appeaser like Obama. They're mad and want revenge, and remember my "obliterate" comment . . . Forget the appeaser, get those super delegates to vote for me and we'll win the White House . . ."

    Something like that.

But she'll spend her money and Bill's, only if she has the absolute assurance that the war is coming, and coming before the start of the Democratic Convention . . .

Improbable? Maybe. I wouldn't put a dime (ie ten cents) on it myself. (Well, maybe at +500)

But,as Sherlock Holmes once pointed out to Dr Watson, "When you have logically elimated all other possibilities, the one remaining, however strange, has to be correct."

    Or words to that effect.

      Demo convention begins Aug 25.

Plenty of time for a big "August surprise."

Washington has been abuzz about it for months.

The last chance for the neos, for the big lobby.

Because altho John and Hilly have basically promised to be obedient to watching the show from the lobby, the latter and their allies of the Amer Ent Inst know they'll never again have so pathetic and forlorn and brainpan-challenged a chump like the current president, who jumps so neatly through all the hoops.

August Surprise ---- sh-t, that's when I'm preparting for my fave sport.

Its not what she knows its what she doesn't know or as a matter of fact what none of us know, politics is a waiting game things happen and things come out sometimes and since she has come this far why not stay in, if your down to the river in poker and almost every chip is on the table and you have a 10% chance to win the pot would you fold? probably not and neither is she

They are not going to let him get the nomination. She has power in her party that you can't fathom. They will **** him like a tied up goat at the convention. There has been a Bush or Clinton calling the shots since 1980 and it won't stop now. Ronald was told what to do by George Sr.. let's keeep this 2 family monarchy going. Hillery for 8 then Jeb Bush for 8.

The Clintons are the worst thing that can happen to a political party!

                Absolute trash!

1- Bill f-ed Gore becuase he kept cheating awith all the girls in the white houese nd was finally caught f-ing the beautiful innocent Monica Lewinsky

2- Now Hillary is doing it again to Obama, she is acting like she is tough, the female Napoleon, but we all know she is old and weak. She stayed with that 4 time loser, Bill Clinton!

Its time for the demo party to get rid of these two clowns! These two idiots are destroying the demo party.

HILLARY'S PLAN: Hillary know she cant win but she wants to ruin Obamas chances. Why?
So she can tell people I told you so, and four years from now she can run again, after 12 yrs of republican presidents, she will be the President!

I do not like Hillary but you clowns on this BS site have no idea the juice she has. I was very active in the Bill campaign and these hillbillys have so much muscle you can not imagine. I am a republican but she is the only one who can win for the Demo's and they know it.

Well, yeah. It could be that Hillary, having tossed all her chips onto the table, figures she may as well stay in and play the pot, betting it all down to the tablecloth.

But she's broke. That is, her campaign is. She will try to get a big money bounce after she wins David Duke's constituency (the "white working class") in West Virginia. But I feel that if Obama offers to pay the debts her campaign has racked up, she'll be gone.

The other view that Hill and the Clintons are power-mad and stupid. Yes to the former, but not really on the latter.

Sure, they both dreamed of getting back to the White House, making history. But spending millions of your own money to pursue a failed dream . . .

Doubt it. Think my own view is more realisitic, that Billary knows that an attack on Iran is coming, and that she will play the chickenhawk, and sway the superdelagetes.

The stage has been set for war. The size of it, and the length and severitiy, are the issue. Hil and Bill know it, and are waiting for the frst bomb to fall on Iran. Then, they go to the Demo superdelegates and plead their case . . .

Hillary has a lot of juice?
She is behind in everything even superdelegates now.

Its OVER! She had it all , but she fukked up because she is just so stoooopid!

                      People have rejected the Clintons.

If Hillary really wants the nomination and I am not really sure she does. If she wants it she will get it. If the Republican's think they can't beat McCain with Hillary they will let Osoma him get his has kicked in a huge way. You losers on this site have no idea the stoke the Clintons have. I know.

I am serious, the Clinton's if they feel they can win will raise the money. I don't think the Clinton's really want it this time. I have always been a Republican but I live in Texas and George Jr. should not have been a dog catcher in Waco much less the leader of the free world. If Ann Richards had defeated this idiot who won the US highest office on Ronald Regan's coatails the world would be a better place. The Republicans had the Demo's reduced to a minor party and this clown George Jr. let the liberal left back in the game. You clowns vote anyone from Texas you get an idiot like LBJ. WAR WAR WAR!!!
