What a joke. Mathis looked like he had been in the majors for 10+ years let alone making his major league debut. Throws less than 10 pitches to breeze through the 10th which featured an at bat by Ichiro.

his pitches were awful. ichiro hit a hard line drive, but right at kinsler. lopez then hit the first strike he saw to the track in center. mathis will end up with an ERA over 6.00 if he gets 40+ innings this season. he's awful.

That sucks...I had one at 31:1 last week. I needed under 9 in TB/Tor. Needless to say the game goes to extras tied at 3 and TB gets 5 in the top of the 13th. Baseball can be a sick sick game.
