Hate to do it, have to though. They have SO much pressure on them to win this game against a team with nothing to play for in the Isles. If they cough up this game and the division to the Pens (who are simply doing AMAZING things while missing their stars, as much as I hate them) they get the Lightning who have smoked them all season and of course aside from all their star power have last year's Philly playoff stud Gagne. Let me tell you they want NO part of that. Is facing a red hot Sabres team in the 1st round much better? Nope. But let me tell you the bullies do NOT want to have the negative energy of losing the division and then have to face a team that has owned them.
Win and the Atlantic is theirs and all the negativity they have been surrounded by in recent weeks turns into a home ice celebration of the division title in Philly tonight. I'm not sure what they have in the tank right now. Whatever it is, they will be doing all they can to make this the talent mismatch it should be tonight.
