    TEX/Bal - 7:05 PM ET
    TEX/BAL Over 9 (107)

    M. Harrison/J. Arrieta

    Saturday - 04/09 - 7:05 PM ET

Taking the winnings from the 2 + money totals I posted yesterday and laying it on this total so I guess this will make it the largest wager of the young MLB season thus far for me; I really like this one and feel these two clubs combine hit double digits.

    Runs, runs, runs

I feel the same way that there are going to be a ton of runs. I would not be supprised if the over hits by 5 innings. Good luck................

Why are you feeling so confident about this one?....both of the starting pitchers gave up only 1 run over 6/7 innings last time they pitched. Just saying, this might not be as much of a lock as you think...

I never stated anywhere that it was a lock, just that I liked this play.

Yes I am well aware both these young arms had great outings last time out but one was against a struggling Red Soxs club and the other against the Tigers, who on any given day can make Charlie Morton look like an ace. These lineups are two of the best from top to bottom that you will find in MLB and I just feel that they will each get to these two young arms and I'm more interested in how they will respond from their first signs of adversity this season. I am almost certain that at least one of them won't respond well and wouldn't be shocked if either of them respond well but I will say I don't see at least one of them making it to the 5th inning today.

        GL with your plays.

GL to you as well, 5th inning would be nice but I'll just be happy if it goes over, regardless the inning.

Should make a note, I did list the correct time but just so no one gets it mixed up this is game 2 of the double header, not game 1.

My bad if I came across harsh. I definitely agree with your reasoning on this....just was curious why you thought the way you did. I can definitely see the pitchers crack and it turning into a slug-fest...I'll take another look at it in the morning....thanks for the heads up.

No worries and I didn't view it as you coming across as harsh in anyway.

I just think that even though they are all major leaguers, that some teams, if not most IMO, have a few spots throughout their lineup that a pitcher looks at as sure outs each time he looks at a roster card. However when I look at these two batting lineups from top to bottom, I don't know if there are two stronger in the American League, and just don't see a young arm containing them for an entire outing. Who knows they both might prove me wrong today, but I like my chances.

LOL, another easy cash for us, love the fact I had to dig this thread up on the bottom of page 3.... At least Swaindexter cashed, all that matters is that I at least helped one other poster out.
