At first glance even odds on a Stars puckline looks absurd. The Stars are 3-4-3 in their last ten. They are, however, a very dominant home team still, and Colorado has 11 that's right ELEVEN starters out. Dallas is also still chasing a playoff birth (I hope they get there Ope!)

I am a Stas fan, but the insane value is the alternate puckline with the Avs -1.5 +850

If somehow the Avs have the lead in the last 2+minutes the stars will have to pull the goalie early to try and tie it up and save their playoff hopes.

This to me makes the value on that alternate line the play to make. You might just want to play a little on it to offset the Stars PL. Makes sense.
