I was actually mainly referring to Alex as that's who the CS rep said would first come in at 9. But then when I talked to him a little after 9 he said "Alex and Marvin will be in here any second".

Regardless I just wanted to find out about their contest to be honest. The CS guy didn't have a clue about any contest so he told me I should speak to mgmt -and naming names - said they were still on their way in but should be there any minute.
