there is 15% still missing and i would say that the other 15% would be occasional bettors.. bettors who only bet for the fun of it. like a hobby.. they will bet the occasional tv game, or bet on the final game of march madness OR i know a lot that never bet all year, but bet on the superbowl.. this would consist of the last 15%.
