On any one given night, any team can beat another. A one-loss tournament can't possibly determine the best team in college basketball. Twelve of the 14 wins were against top 25 ranked teams.

Only Depaul and Bucknell were not ranked.

12-0 against top 25 teams in one and done elimination games.
