Please help, which book use the debit card method for withdrawals?

I dont mean putting it on my current card. I mean where they send u a card and they put all future withdrawals on it.
I recently got one from a site and like it alot better than waiting for my bank to cash international checks, etc.
Anyone?

I believe that BetJamaica and JustBet offer ATM cards if you meet there qualifications of course.
