Well, when you look at it, since it was by email, the GM really wasn't at the fighting venue.

email could have been at the arena...no one knows who the gm was. He/she could have been in the suites....HHH was rumored to be the gm...who knows

You won't get him "in a minute". He's been giving me the runaround all day.

They're trying very hard to avoid talking about this, I even addressed an email to him and got it responded to by a different support member telling me to get him on live chat. I went to live chat and he's not available at this time.

Just because wrestling is an entertainment prop with a predetermined outcome doesn't give a firm the right to deliberately misgrade bets no matter how much mickey taking goes on in the forums.

What is most frustrating is the rule they keep pointing at actually makes the case for settling Cole as the winner stronger, not weaker.

They appear to be settling on the first announcement by the ring announcer, although the rule they keep pointing at to say how they've settled specifically says the ring announcer can be overruled, so I really don't know how they're grading it at all.

The lack of sensible communication about their decision making is as frustrating as the not being paid.

I got screwed by "Diana " also... I got it at +450 and put 5 bucks on it and was told the same exact thing...... Pretty efffed up!!!!! But such a small wager I requested it be ruled a PUSH and basicly laughed at me... theres no way! So yes I doubt anything will help...but bol bro...keep us updated

The winners are clear and they haven't settled by their own rules fwiw.

The results on the website match the results at ringside (In both disputed cases all competitors were still in the Arena at the point where the initial ruling was overturned AT RINGSIDE (As per their rules))

Their rules allow for the ring announcer to be overturned, as he was in both instances, in fact their rules are clear that the result on the day is what matters.

THAT is what is frustrating (I've bet hundreds of entertainment props in my life, had some odd and annoying settlements, but none as blatantly wrong as this one)

yea I didn't get what yall meant before, I already had edited my post to something different. I thought it was the usual wrestling thing of someone getting a 3 pin count by the ref then the match kept going for whatever reason and the other guy ended up winning. something crazy like that
