No book is gonna help you have to look deep inside and find the strength to not play, its the hardest thing I have ever done, I have two kids and one on the way, two jobs and a big family and lots of friends so theres plenty to keep me away from the books these days. I decided about four months ago to stop depositing money online and I have stayed away but the itch is still there. whats been helping most is scrathing the itch in plain sight from time to time. Instead of sneaking money online and pretending not to care about games, Ill have a poker tourny with friends over the house for 10 bucks or something like that. It can always come back hard at anytime but you just gotta think back to all the bad that can come from spiraling out of control.Comment -
