Bama went 4-4 on the road in conference play. 1-1 in the SEC tournament on neutral court. Their road play has vastly improved since the beginning of the year when Green was suspended and Steele was injured.

But I know nothing about Wichita

The Shockers are absolute beasts on the boards - just ask Wash St. Playing with a ton of confidence, I like Wichita to claim the title as the 69th best team in college bball.

Shockers are the play. Their bench will win the game. They have 10 guys that shoot well that average over 13 min. a game compared to 7 for Alabama. Their size matches up well, as does their experience. These guys are almost all upperclassmen with a lot of seniors. They should be able to beat Bama in all aspects of the game. If the game was in Alabama and it was a pick em' then I MIGHT take Bama. Given the circumstances I'm going big on the Shockers. Bama was lucky to squeak out that last game against Colorado. Shockers have shown more going on the road and winning, whereas Bama had the luxury of playing early round games at home being the #1 seed. Also, the number 1 seeds don't fare too well in the NIT and apparently not in the NCAA tourney this year either.

im all over the shockers here, they are a true team dynamic and have multiple weapons.. ridiculous rebounding doesn't hurt either

Wichita state all the way, no one on alabama can match up inside with the wichita state bigs. An awful game match up wise foe bama. Alabama probably shouldnt have even won that game against colorado. I like this game, wagering wise, more than the final four games

Take the Mid-Major team who was overlooked all year vs. the big boy school that wasn't good enough to make it.

Wichita finished 2nd in a MVC that usually gets 3-4 in every year. This year they only got 1 in because the teams beat up on each other. Fundamental basketball wins out in this one.
