I might've taken another team had I realized how the prizes worked. I went with a different one than everyone else because that's what everyone was doing.

Yeah, like I was saying, it's very random.

The strategy would be to take a team that plays a lot the first few weeks, and a team you think will be putting up some big run totals.

Some of the lineups are going to have a hard time putting up double digit runs, so they'd be very unlikely to win this.

19 teams failed to cross out all of the boxes.

the first team to cross out all the Boxes were the Red Sox on Jun 16th. The dodgers had all but 11 runs crossed out on jun 11th, but failed to score 11 runs in any game the entire year.

The most important number you can get: 13.

last year oddly enough 13 teams failed to score 13 runs in a game. Seattle never score more than 12 in any game, Oak, Mets and Houston missed 12 & 13

the following team all had every number crossed off except 13

Orioles, Pirates, White Sox, Angles, Royals, Cardinals, Reds, Phillies and Yankees.

White Sox and Rangers not just because they have the most off the board but also because they've got some of the difficult ones.

The contest really comes down to the teams that can knock off the double digit numbers, because the single digit ones mostly aren't that difficult.
