Pakistan's bowling has been incredible, some of the best bowling I've seen in a ODI ... then again, it shows that this pitch really is a pitch that is offering those that bowl well a lot of assistance. I think 250 is a GREAT score here; anything less than that is in Paki's favour.

People said yesterday was a batting wicket and Sri Lanka nearly crumbled. This wicked is offering pace bowlers plenty - Wahab is the one with 4 wickets - not the spinners - and getting wicked reverse swing. Spin has kept the runs tight but pace has actually got the breakthroughs.

Agree that it was a mistake not to choose Ashwin, but India still has a fantastic bowling attack. I'd still be putting my money on India.

Forget about the average 1st innings score on this ground, or what the commentators are saying about this being "20 runs short", this is a semi-final and the pressure dial will be turned up to max when the Pakis come to bat.
