You're absolutely right. I totally agree. I would love to play at the books you listed but I live in the US. So with out better wording, it is what it is.

Hey guys,

Thanks for all the feedback and Anthony congrats on your payout.

Guys we are not an A+ book our initial rating is a C- and we respect it , yes we have alot ahead of us but I am looking forward to earning upgrades in the future with our service I will leave that to SBR and their staff to determine , I am and have always been open to feedback since I think a shop grows from it.

All I can say is that in the past I have always tried to do my best for players and run a competitive book and be as fair as possible and that I will continue to do so here.

Like I have said before " Payouts speak louder than words " and I feel confident in our abilities to live by that MO.

We have no relationships with the Jazz family other than turnkey and SBR can attest to this. I understand there will always be questions and even doubts its just part of this business and the forums and I am good with that.

just talked to Nick on live chat. got all the info i needed on the 100% bonus in about 3 minutes. most books my questions would have finally been answered in about 20 minutes. already like this book, depositing tomorrow

p.s. my questions were about the freeplay rules. which are, max 3 teams, all moneylines inbetween -200 and +200

i just signed up they gave me free 50 dollar freeplay through live chat. just gave them sbr name and user name there. the 100 expire last monday night. We will see been looking for a second book.

I guess you don't play a lot, but its the industry norm that if you cash out your gonna have to put back in what you won before they give you another bonus. Why would a book give you a bonus if you just took lets say a grand from them. They would essentially then be giving you a bonus back on there own money. If you develop a relationship with a place you will start seeing that they will work with you if your a loyal player.

Thanks for taking the time. Lots of books screw around with guys who get just a little hot or hit a longshot parlay (BetUS comes to mind). How will you handle these type of situations?

@Cyber Our limits to start off are $1000 on sides and totals players can ask to have that increased these limits will be raised substantially for football . Collaring will be done on a account to account basis , pretty routine stuff if a player keeps playing numbers that constantly move to his favor or beating the closing line then he stands a chance to be limited or delayed . They will get a warning from us first and will be informed of the betting pattern detected , but to keep it simple I will not be a dictator and cut and delay everyone that wins its part of the gambling industry people win and people lose.

Do they still have this 100 dollar free play thing, I just signed up for this book a few days ago to get their 25 dollar free play, i mean why not.

Also this looks like a pretty good book, but I think i will stick to bodog, because they have so so many deposit options, where you use just about any credit you want, also they give free payouts and their live betting service. so it takes a lot for me to move from them, but this 110 percent sign up bonus, with a 9 times roll over , which really is not a lot, compared to a lot of books, is making me think about it.

By no means am I a professional gambler but I like to bet parlays. I lost a ton with BetUS and won one good parlay there. After winning a big parlay I was still way down. Next thing I know, BetUS has me limited with no chance to ever make my money back. Very frustrating and a pathetic way to do business. Many new books and smaller books will do this. Which is why I wanted to ask. Fair answer and thank you for taking the time Jon!

Boys, Bet Islands does it again. Had another profitable night last night so I asked for another payout today at 10am. Sure enough by 1230 they had another control number for me ready to be picked up. Thats now consecutive days with payouts over 2k where they have given me first class service. This book will be on its way to an SBR rating of A soon enough. They now have gotten my business for the future as the exclusive book I use.
