imo, it is a pretty fun prop to bet. for regular season MLB games, you don't know whether the first pitch is going to be a strike or a ball. a lot of books has NBA props for which team will score the first basket...why not make a prop for whether the first swing will have contact, or whether the first out will be a strike out. Those are some fun props to bet.
