Whatever MSFT offers, Yahoo will trade $3-4 a share less.Yahoo should feel very fortunate its been offered $31. Ive read Yahoo shareholders are holding out for $33 a share, and that there are already lawsuits in the works against Yahoo. Personally I wouldnt touch either one of them, their days have come and gone as far as easy money goes, JMO.

yah, I just think yahoo was acting all tough and now there screwed. Now if there new business plan which is unproven doesn't work they will have cost there shareholders ALOT of money.
