    Special NCAA line offered tonight: Florida State -2.5
    Throughout the NCAA basketball tournament, I've been offering special lines for fun. Today is no exception, with me offering special value to Florida State backers. Elsewhere you can get Florida State at -4 (-110), but I'll offer them at -2.5 (+100) to anyone who wants them. There is a 100 point limit per person and you must deposit into my low juice pointsbook to play.                   Considering you could only bet a maximum of 2 points (as a non-pro, you can only transfer 2/day) it doesn't really matter what I can offer.

                                      Yes, I will allow that as long as the parlay's to win amount is 100 or less (to comply with the 100 point limit on the special line).
