DeLaHoya fight live on HBO tonight. Seems pretty close to a sure thing. After losing last year, I think DeLaHoya wants to make sure he gets the win this time - especially in LA.

On the same path, millsap. I dont see this fight going the distance. Now way are players putting that kind of money on De La Hoya, thinking there may be a chance it goes to the judges.

I'll be hitting Mayweather vs De La Hoya for damn sure though.

Hey RJT, what's the scoop on Floyd Sr. training Oscar for this bout..? Didn't they part ways after he didn't use him in the Mayweather fight..? I guess he's working for cheaper now, will be interesting to see if he's still in his corner for the rematch.

I like De La Hoya to win by unanimous decision, but after the bad luck day I had...I thought about it, but I just couldn't lay 4800/300. My luck, Oscar would get a bad cut, and my bad day would turn into a horrible day.

Oscar has no power even against Forbes. I just turned it off.

Pretty boring fight tonight. No idea how they can hype up DeLaHoya-Mayweather II at this point.

Forbes has never been knocked down in his career professionally. I'm sure Oscar wishes he could have floored him. It was nothing more than a sparring session for him really. They should just run that HBO reality TV series again, that hyped it up pretty well in fight 1. Plus Floyd is funny as hell to watch.

boxing needs mayweather, last year the guy hyped that thing so much that everyone watched. this match most people didn't even know about it including me. well i knew about it but just didn't care to watch or bet on it, i didn't even check the line for the match. if you had to lay 4800 to win 300 with de la hoya like chute said, i would've put $100 on Forbes. i'm guessing he was +1000?
