I was drinking a Dr. Pepper one time and it had a sliver of glass in it... I called there offices and gave them all the info and they basically gave me a bunch of coupons for free six packs for calling and complaining... someone told me that basically they gave me the coupons as a settlement so that if I sued them (not that I planned on it) I couldn't get anything further from them... I don't know if this was true or not but I wished I had knew that SBR was in the food industry complaint business now.. live and learn...
