Hawks have some great young talent and have played hard even when losing the last few years. Glad to see them do well , never tought they would win one game let alone 3 in this series.

Tony you are a newbie here. For those that know me I used to post plays regularly on NBA, NFL, NCAA, MLB, soccer etc but guys like BTJ and BTIMB didn't like it so I keep my plays for myself now. It is not my style to come after the fact and claim the win. I live in Atlanta and know much more about the Hawks, Falcons, Braves, Thrashers, Bulldawgs, Jackets than all of the SBR forum posters combined.

Let's debate the relative merits of a pitching staff that included Rick Moehler, Gene Garber, Rick Camp, Ken Dayley and the inimitable Pascual Perez. And don't get me started on Bob Horner's 4-HR game. I'm fairly certain that I have enough Bob Horner 1979 Topps Bob Horner baseball cards (his rookie) to finance a nice house (for a mouse).

Celtics will not win the championship. The "Big 3" will never win a championship. They are all great players, but none of them want the big shot. They are choking under pressure. Doc Rivers sucks as a coach too. He has great players, but he can't coach worth his life. Hell, you don't need to even coach in the regular season if you have that kind of talent. Celtics do not deserve to advance past the Hawks. I hope Atlanta blows them out on their home court. That will be one of the biggest upsets in all of sports.

Williams, Ace Law, Joe Johnson, Childress, these guys are one of the most athletic teams in the NBA if not the most athletic. The Bibby aquisition is now taking shape and that is exactly what they needed, an offensive minded veteran point guard who can mentor Acie Law. Next year the Hawks will win 50 games. In 2 years they will be a favorite to win the east.

Everybody is under estimating Hawks cause of their youth. Youth was good against Pistons twice. And good against Celtics 3 times.
