Why hasn't Libya's Muammar Qaddafi been promoted?
He's been in power for decades and yet he's still a colonel. Some guys just get passed over no matter how hard they try.

you would think that cruise missile that we dumped on his compound years ago would have had some impact. it didn't so fired another one over the weekend. hopefully it will kill the rest of his family this time as we only got his daughter last time.Comment -
