5 seconds is 5 damn seconds! Not 4 seconds and if you don't call it by then it's a turn over! In that case, it would be a "call by the 4th second or your ass is fuk'ed rule!" A good referee would have waited the full five seconds and then made the call. Like I said, this has been one of the worst officiated tournaments ever!
