That's my vote. My BF has one right on his collar bone. I don't know what it is about neck tattoos...they drive me nuts. Maybe it's the fact that a guy has to be at least a little tough to deal with that pain. My BF also has one on the back of his head. He's bad ass.

He wants one on his back, but I told him I'd be very upset if he covered up the sexiest back in the world. Just thinking about it is making me want to think up excuses to go home for a little afternoon delight.
