Rumor is the parents of the skinny kid are suing? The schools today don't use any common sense. Even at the schools my kids attend, if someone hits you, and you defend yourself, you get suspended as well.

I don't agree with fighting for the hell of it, but it's stupid to punish someone who is just defending themselves.
