I would if I had a huge roll.

    Novak Djokovic -900

How this guy loses this match, I couldn't even begin to guess.

Lets start with the fact that he comes from a country that has fixed more than 1 tennis match. Maybe he cramps up or gets a tummy ache.

Also how many people you think said the same thing before Mike Tyson took a nap vs Douglas.

Djokovic has been of fire all year. Arguably the best player in the world at the moment. Hard to imagine a guy like Gasquet doing something to him right now...

Djokovic himself was in one or two questionable matches already....

When you are known to be someone who quits easily, it makes it much easier to throw a match...

Not so much that he would lose given his current form - but if you're at a book that counts it as action after a set ... what's to say he doesn't blow out a hamstring and retire? That's why you should never lay this chalk on tennis in anything but a parlay. You probably win this bet nine times out of ten, but that one time will fukk your bankroll nicely.

you would be crazy to lay chalk like this unless any retirement was a no contest

i took joker -4.5. my thinking is that if he isnt going to cover that then the match is close and not worth having -900 juice on anyway.

6-4, 6-2. Nothing to see here

Guys, this wasn't a tip for those of you sweating your bank rolls. It was for someone who could stand to lose, but knows value when he sees it. Grabbing joker now v anyone not named Fed or Nadal is like betting Tyson in the midst of his run or mayweather.

And yes, it definitely would have had to been at a book that cancels retirements. Joker retires if he is the slightest bit hurt and losing.

High flyers like this are pure craziness. Save your roll and bet small bits on their opponents... lol.

Glad to have helped, but again not the type of gambler who the pick was made for. Not pick, like hey guys here's a great pick, look at me., but hey wouldn't it be nice to make bets like this and have it be of some consequence.

Really, I prob I did a bad job explaining, but if I was a big timer, I would make bets like this...Very rarely, but when the situation called for it, I would. Tennis Masters series is a big deal(so he would not take it lightly) and he is just on fire right now..not too mention those new strings are helping him far more than anyone else in the game right now, so it's like you have this other advantage as well. The ball explodes off his racket.

Refs can't really screw you over in tennis either.

People get burned one time, and they'll badmouth mega chalk the rest of their lives. Doesn't mean there's not value in the number.

Not a tennis bettor, but I'm well up betting lines in the -300 to -700 range overall. All that matters to me.
