    Disputes
Can anyone name some disputes in the last 6 months that Dozer and crew have actually helped the player get his money back or some?

I mean disputes that would have gone bad if it werent for their involvement.

Seems to me that books arent scared anymore. And SBR really doesnt help anyone

Change name - DNS - IP and thats it .

LinesMaker (SBR rating C-) and Sports.com (SBR rating D-) refund player's confiscated funds. Management of the sportsbook.com Group tells SBR the player's funds were taken because he wagered the "free bets" for an extended period without giving the house action. Winning players are advised to use caution at sportsbook.com Group books.

Player: I've had these two accounts for approximately 18 months and normally play the weekly $10 bets only after I've made a few bets during the week, maybe 40% of the time. I guess that in February, there weren't really any games to my liking so a little bored, I played the free bets and won about $20 each at Sports.com and Linesmaker. I did not use the two accounts to place bets on opposing sides of the free bet and I didn't receive any warnings before the accounts were disabled. Thanks again for your help

BetWay (SBR rating C) voids winnings; blames software updates
BetWay tells player his wager was 150 euros above the limit and will not stand. The decision was made despite that Betway confirmed the wager, deducted the funds for the pending bet, and addressed the issue after his funds were already risked. Betway apologized to the player for what it calls a system malfunction, but refused to pay winnings in full. Players should be aware that recent software upgrades have caused the website to perform incorrectly and players may be held responsible for errors.

          Player vs. BetWay Resolution
Betway (SBR rating C) has credited the player for the full winnings as well as a bonus for the inconvenience. Betway apologized to the player and states that the software issue has been addressed.
BetWay: I have gone through your case with the relevant person and we chose to refund your winnings to your account. We truly apologize for the inconvenience. We have had some difficulties with the new site, but as everything new, it's hard to get things to run smoothly from the start. It seems now though, that we are close to be back on track again. And we are extremely exited with that. We hope you find this acceptable and wish you a great day. Warm Regards

No I have never posted here before.

I am not out to cause conflict but it just troubles me lately the way SBR has gone about things.

                    SSLP,

Not a good idea to start the thread here on their own turf. A lot of replies will be biased.

                        SSLP-

Some books care about there reputation with SBR and will change rulings . Some books just need a different opinion to understand the situation. Some books are going to do the right thing, but SBR helps it get done quicker. Some books don't care, and will do whatever they want.

I only do a small percentage of what Bill does to help out players and even I see success every single week. I think you would be surprised with the volume of issues SBR deals with and helps resolve.
