Ok, here is what I did.

I bought 4 $250 Cash at 5Dimes, The Greek and Legends, as I already have accounts there.

This left me with 16,000 points, I went in and won another 3800 and then bought a Southwest $1000 Gift Certificate.

Not bad considering I started with 199 points.

Once I hit the 300 mark every month I hit up the black jack table to get to 500, then I usually put it on a single game. Then cash it in. A $1000 sw gift cert would be awesome.
