This sites casino pisses me off to no end. They told me they have an industry leading and competitive comp, and I fully expected it to be that way. I had 551,000 in casino handle and I was issued 380 dollars comp. Are you kidding me? I could have played on Bookmaker/DSI and used their bet points and had over 1000 dollars comp.


380 is a slap in the face. Their table limits are anywhere from 100 to 1000, so 551,000 took forever. I really have no problem with Bodog, other than the fact they are the stingiest book of all time.

If you bet 5000 dollars, you receive 5 dollars back in comp, so I assumed it was 1 dollar per 1000, which is a standard amount. At very minimum I expected around 551 dollars back. But instead they give me about 70 cents per 1000 bet, and that's not acceptable for a book promoting its comps as an industry leader.

I know you guys dont care, and youve probably never heard anyone upset over making 380 dollars, but for the amount I wagered, and time I played, it was like being bitch slapped by a man. Bodog stop being CHEAP.

And on a side note, for a company who promotes CS, it shouldnt take 3 hours for me to even speak with a casino rep.

CS said they cant disclose there methods for calculating comp. All they say is 5000 in handle or 50 dollars in losses. I was up a lot on them, but in the end I broke about even/ was a little ahead, which isnt to bad considering it was 500,000+ wagered. I expected my comp to minimally be 500 dollars, but instead I end up being up only 383. Slap in the face, cant wait until I'm 21 so I can play land based. Worst comp ever!

online casinos games(as well as land based) are for suckers...sorry to break it to you. Why play a game when you are giving the edge to the house?!?! I know its fun sometimes and all that, but if you are referring to USD with your figures, then you are in deep. Good luck though.

I got 7% on my losses today, it used to be 10%. I guess they changed it? I tried live chatting support, got a casino person on and asked about a loss comp and she replied "What do you mean loss comp?"

They have no Singapore S-League soccer to bet on. Every book has Singapore S-League except Bodog.

The comp is heavily weighted towards deposit amounts and losses. Play-through is almost negligible.
