    Doent everyone think there are to many teams in NCAA tourney.....just sayin

      They wanted to expand the field to 96. Now that would have been too many. 68 is fine with me.

                  I can almost assure you that the field will eventually expand to 96. They just compromised currently while fully expecting to expand again in the future.
