The spurs will win because the suns stopped playing defence this game switch 360 degrees from the first quarter, both teams are just running the floor now, the suns are too dumb to get back to basics and slow down the game and play D I bet the under and as of right now I have no confidence in either that play or the suns ability to even be within 10 at the end let alone win

You can tell the way Papavich's expressions throughout the entire game, not like usual. A more "I dont care we know its destined a game or 2 longer" which shows hes not working at getting this win.
