In Louisiana its a schedule 1 drug that can get you up to 30 years in prison for possession (btw where the **** did they come up with drug sentences, I mean seriously 30 years for taking a drug that could only possibly harm you, wtf? Reserve prison for ppl that harm others, not themselves. If a guy wants to be coked out and accepts the risk let him enjoy himself)
In several other states you can face similar ridiculous prison terms (and we wonder why the prison population is over 2%)
But also in most states it is completely legal, I mean you can buy this shit on eBay if you want...though to the FBI that probably spies on SBR I just want to say that would be a bad idea as all drugs are bad which is why no one in the US uses them
