McFadden Is Going To Get Ruined In LA
    1. Horrible Coach
    2. Horrible QB
    3. Way too many running games so he will not be the feature back

What a shame, this guy is the top prospect ever coming out of college at the RB position.

    No worries JJ,

The Raiders will be an upcoming team, they signed Javon Walker, when heathly hes very productive, their defense is improving, with D'hall onboard, Mcfadden will win the starting job by spring training

Guess McFadden got lucky then getting drafted by Oakland.

He'll be ruined by his lack of talent (ie lateral movement)
more than anything else. Another shitty pick by the senile
old coot. Just when Justin Fargas is finally coming into his
own, they waste a pick on a Lawrence Philips clone.

Shouldve spent it on a sure thing like Dorsey.

WOW...I will give you props for finally saying something of value...They should have took Dorsey...but if MCF can come in and be a solid back, he will still be a good addition.

1.Is Kiffin really that horrible? He's only been on the job for a year. Having the grim reaper (Al Davis) breathing down his neck probably doesn't instill confidence. Give the *kid* a chance.

2.The QB is still raw. Maybe he'll develop. He was a #1 overall, after all. Is he already a bust?

              3.Picked #4 overall, he'll start game 1.

Top prospect ever coming out of college? No. He's Adrian Peterson 2.0 at best, which is the only reason he was a top 10 pick. Davis way overvalued him after the AP hype last season. Worst of all, he didn't need a RB half as bad as he needed to fill a half dozen other starting positions. Maybe this is Davis' way of trying to push Kiffin out the door. I think it's just plain senility.

How lucky are the Chargers, Chiefs & Broncos getting to play this franchise twice a year every year?!

im going to laugh if mcfadden rushes for over 1k this year...for a guy who dominated the SEC in his career...yall are quick to shun him...scouts seem to say he is the best RB theyve ever seen

                  Horrible coach and QB, yes.

But you are ignoring the most important factor - abysmal offensive line. It all starts in the trenches, and without serviceable OL, the QB, RB, and even coach won't be successful.

Picked #4 overall, he should be pushing 2k all-purpose yards. he should be instant offense. Granted, Oakland's supporting cast around him will be terrible. If he crosses 1k his rookie year, nobody's throwing a party. That's a benchmark for a low 1st rounder.

they didnt say bush was the best rb theyve ever scouted...they focused more on a weapon/decoy w/ bush. and bush's surrounding cast helped him out tremendously. you put 8 in the box on usc when he was there then leinart would light you up w/ jarrett and smith...as for mcfadden and arkansas all they had was him and jones. dick was awful, they shouldve let mustain progress as a freshman. monk was solid too but he was very injury prone and never was really established in the passing game. arkansas faced a lot more run oriented defensive schemes and still shined (also in the SEC which is arguably the best and fastest defensive conference in the nation). im not saying mcfadden has his cons, but he runs a lot harder and can run inbetween the tackles unlike bush IMO...to me mcfadden just isnt that much of a patient runner like peterson...peterson will take his time in the backfield and read his blocks while mcfadden sprints towards the line and looks for the crease outside

He was rated number one prospect ever to come out of college and yes ahead of Peterson but of course based on raw talent and potential. I guess time will tell.
