Pretty much doesn't even know he does it. Mentally ill people are hard to handle and don't know how people in institutes, nursing homes do it. They deserve a pay raise.
I only get a scratch, dirty living room and mental breakdown from it.
Usually happens about 4 times a year and today was one of them.

why bother. why do you care for an alzheimers afflicted uncle. put him in state hospital and get a job you lazy layabout. actually everyone knows there is no uncle and you live in their deserted motor home in the back yard of some relative. who made you responsible for him anyway if he does exist. why would you do it for some ancient uncle. why you?

Dealing with it right now with my g/f's grandfather. He's gotten violent a couple times. We don't even bring the little nephews to see him anymore.

The last 7 years of my grandmother life she had it........I never truley got to say goodbye to her.....very sad

I have been in this field for 19 years.. Started as a Freshman in College interning and now own group homes that house them.

trying to avoid homes ,not sure why. I believe would pretty much need to be sedated 24 hours a day with tranquelizers if he went to a home..

Same goes for my sister. My sister and uncle can easily overpower me or even 2 or 3 people when they act up

Sorry to hear this and you are in a tough situation. There will come a point where you or whoever will have to make the decision to bring in an in home nurse or have them sent to a home. I'm sorry for your situation and know it is tough. Hang in there!
