So I know this was just the first day of the play-in games, but I'm curious if anyone has any feedback.

(And by the way, you still have until Friday night to register if you haven't done so already).

Yes. It would be nice to be able to 'group' a bunch of buys. Say there are six outstanding offers from +110 to +100, and you want to buy them all at those prices. Why not have an option to hold the mouse down, group them, and buy them all at once? This would also require an automatic calculation of the sum total. Speed is big in real trading.

This may have been discussed in the other thread. Are there any plans to give a total for all the individual bets filled for a given team/market. If one has 7 different bets on a team at -3' for various amounts and odds, will there be a way to see the sum of these and the odds based on this sum.

Also, the fill history isn't working for me. The calendar comes up, but clicking 'search' yields a blank page.

                                      Keep the feedback coming ....

Dark Horse and hhsilver your suggestions are in fact already near the top of our implementation docket.

We'll be getting to these and many more enhancements once we complete this Beta Test.

lemart5: We'll be releasing information regarding commission structure, liquidity incentives, and membership/equity stake in the very near future.

brumbles: Yes, the system does log players out after some period of inactivity, Also remember that this is still a beta test and occasionally the application engine needs to be restarted, which has the unintended consequence of logging out active sessions. Clearly this will be adjusted.

The development of the exchange will be driven in large part by what's most important to users and so we really do appreciate all feedback, both positive and negative. Even if I haven't mentioned a specific comment here, believe me it will be taken to heart.

                                      Please keep it coming. Gracias

Here's my feedback - Get a better name for the exchange. I mean, xmarketsexchange? If I didn't know any better, I thought its a market for sex change operations. Something easy and short, like Matchbook/Betfair would be great.

                                                  I appreciate that.

But the fact is we care about the flaws ... and quite a lot.

Some flaws we're already quite aware of (and we'll have those fixed soon), but the flaws we've yet to identify won't get addressed until eventually unearthed by our own in-house testing, or until a perceptive soul such as yourself brings them to our attention.

Anyway iceminers, we look forward to having you on board.

About the fill history not working for me last night : today it's working .

                                                    I'm using Firefox 3.6.15 . Today I did a refresh before trying it. Last night I didn't .
"Hard refresh"? I don't know that phrase. I just googled it , so no need to reply. I'll try to find out what it is. Anyway fill worked today after a regular reload. thanks

Hard refresh -- a refresh the forces the reload of all page data (html, images, scripts, etc.) from the server rather than from the user cache.

It's essentially clearing the browser cache for just the page being refreshed.

                                                      Firefox: CTRL+SHIFT+R
                                                      IE/Chrome: CTRL+F5
                                                      Safari: SHIFT+Click Reload

There are some alternate methods, too, and added overlap between browsers, but the above key/key+click combinations will all perform a hard refresh of a page.

Just a little bit of feedback.

I find the process of canceling offers to be quite cumbersome, especially if I have made offers on both sides of a given market.
I would like to see a "one-click" option, in fact I would prefer a big red "Cancel all active offers" button for each market.

Yep, I totally see that. On the list.

As a temporary measure, however, (if you're not already aware) it's often quicker to cancel multiple orders from your "Open Orders" panel. If you open up the chosen market, it's just one click (plus an admittedly annoying confirm) instead of two to remove each order.

But does the button really have to be red?

He's interested in playing, so I instructed him to create accounts at rebate, xm, and sbrforums. He did so, but I neglected to tell him about he promotional code, so he didn't enter it when joining. His username at both sbr and XM (and rebatewager) is vlm2011. Can you get him into the contest please?

i think that the max wager should be 500 to win. and that would make this contest all that much better.
