    Arena Football is 100% rigged!
Here's what happened I took the Colorado Crush+7 vs the Chicago Rush.

The score is 65-52 with 17 seconds left, Colorado scores a touchdown making it 65-58. For some inexplicable reason Colorado opts to do a two point conversion in which they failed and the game ended up pushing. This makes absolutely no sense, if Colorado kicks the extra point they would be down only six. If they somehow recovered an onside kick they would have a chance win instead of tying. This is just way too obvious of a sports game being rigged in my opinion.

seems fishy, things like this tell you that the coaches know the spread going into the game. Ive seen a lot of this in college football, coaches ****ing with the spread.

This is interesting. Seems like Colorado did not want to cover, and opted for a push. Why score a touchdown in first place? Unless the line they had was +5.5, then it makes sense.

I think it's 92% rigged, but you do have a point sir.

Probably is. I have been to a few L.A. Avenger games knowing the spread beforehand. There's always something unexpected that happens in the end that totally phucks up the spread usually in the underdogs favor. Maybe that's the lesson here - Fade the favorite.

Probably rigged, I will say this Arena football has a strange playoff method whereby almost every team has a chance b/c you will be in a division with only 4 teams, so the top 2 make it to the playoffs and as a result you could be one of the worst teams in the league and still make it into the playoffs (Western Division the 3-5 record Los Angeles Avengers are currently tied for 2nd). And as a result of these horrific teams winning few games you have more ties, and since often times the teams that are terrible like the Avengers and Rattlers play each other to a split 1-1 they need a way of breaking the tie, the way they do it in AFL is which team won their game by the largest margin of victory, thus even if you are getting killed there is an incentive to score to close this gap and possibly a playoff berth on the line, for instance you won 5 in your win and can kick a extra pt and ull lose by 6 but you go for the meaningless 2 to prevent them from leading in the playoff race by margin of victory. Chicago is twice as good as Colorado thus there would never be a tie to make that scenario relevant in your game however, so it was likely rigged but ONLY in the AFL (even in college they would just go by who won the game as you don't play the same team twice) can they justify a 2 pt attempt like this b/c of the possible playoff implications.

Okay maybe I got this wrong, Cbs sportsline and the Arena Football official site is showing the score is 65-52, but Espn scoreboard which is the most accurate I think is showing the score is 65-58. Plus they also have a play by play detail in how the final touchdown was scored to get it to 58.

So far, my sportsbook have my bet as a lost at the moment and not a push. So I'm going to chat with them later on to figure out what the hell is going on. Had this conflicting scoring situation where Sportsline.com was off and Yahoo.sports was correct before. Espn has always had the final score right, and I don't ever recalling them having one wrong, sportsline.com on the other has had the wrong final score before.

ESPN has been sucking dearly the last few months...donbest.com is the site I go by whenever ESPN has a different score and I have never found it to be wrong. Donbest shows that Chicago won 65-52.

First off you should not be betting it, it is not a predictable sport as far as spreads are concerned and the low salaries always will give the player an urge to fix game

                            here is last nights breakdown

i also think it is rigged sometimes, but that is just what us gamblers think/say, when a game doesn't go are way.

last week i played the under in Orl vs. GA. , it looked solid after 3 quarters, then the teams went on a scoring spree in the 4th, and i also had GA. -1.5 for the game, they were up 10 with under 2:00 then up 3 with .10 to go , and Orl scores a TD with 5 seconds left for the win.
                            that was a bad beat.

But I still think arena is rigged, because how hard is it do it in a game that nobody's watches and has no national spotlight.

If you think it's rigged, then stop betting on it. Simple. Problem solved.

[soap box rant start]It does get tiresome because it happens so frequently on SBR that whenever someone loses a bet, whether it's the NCAA football or basketball, NFL, NBA, or NHL they start bitching about how that particular sport is rigged. Guys, it's like poker, 80% faves lose 20% of the tiime. Freaky sh*t happens.

Now, this is not to completely discount the possibility of a fix being in. Last year's NBA referee fiasco, the various NCAA basektball point shaving scandals, etc.

But this is simple. If you think a sport is rigged. DONT BET ON IT!!!!!![soap box rant end]
