If we had a tie game, it would be 3.5 or 4. 5 would be an absolute gift.

Fouls are going to swing Phoenix's way in the 2H, you can just tell by the officiating crew here, calling bullshit calls, and lane violations.

Yep, nothing better than really low ratings to a commish. I hope you were kidding.

Why would he want a Lakers/Suns WCF?

RJT, the Spurs are a ratings bonanza, especially in South Texas.

Nice call on the Spurs in the series. I didn't put a dime on the Suns, but thought they had a legit shot of finally getting by SA. Just grossly miscalculated the psychological edge and gargantuan coaching advantage in SA's favor. This after one of my largest wagers last year being Spurs +140 for the series last season. I'm retarded.

Spurs just joke around during the regular season. Look at how many 1st halves they just slept walked through this year (first 3 quarters in games versus severely inept teams), then just turn it on like that when they wish.

I was shocked Phoenix made it to the playoffs after getting rid of the key to what little defense they had in Marion.

That was the worst pep talk by a coach down 14 at home in an series where they're down 0-2. Sad.

I tried and by the time I got it up, it was off the board.

When a team is playing tight as hell, you don't go in and say "We're not playing as though every play was our last" or whatever he said. I mean, lighten it up a little. Your guys know they're in a deep hole and can't lose this game. Go in at half and say "You guys are a f*ckin' joke, you know that? Shaq, you shoot FT's worse than a blind man on barbituates. Steve, you've gone from the best PG in the league to maybe top 10, all in the stretch of 2 and a half games. Amare, I'm bangin' your sister tonight. Boris and Leandro, don't think I have good INS connections? Keep playing like this and try me, f*ckwads."

I mean, you have to antagonize them a little and make them want to prove you wrong. That pep talk made me depressed and anxious.

They aren't making the playoffs next season.
