Deposited one of their checks in the ATM over the weekend, got a call on my answering machine saying there is a delay in Canadian checks being deposited to your account. Can anyone tell me how long it took before the funds were available?

My Credit Union told me it could take 45-60 days however it will post to my acct when they receive funds which may take only 10 days.

This has nothing to do with CW per se , it's because it is a Canadian check , another country other than USA.

Thanks FS, called them last night but they told me to call the branch, I didn't want to answer any incriminating questions, so I'll just wait and see when they will post it.

Seems like another 24 hr delay on using CW's Debit Card , below is the email I got today

XXXXXXXXX, I would like to congratulate you on being part of the first group that received a debit card from creditwagering.com. I am hopeful that your card will be active and loaded by noon est Wednesday.

Please excuse the delay as we are just working out all the little details of the cards and procedures. Monday being a holiday in England did not help. For the first 2 weeks we need to have the card in customers’ hands prior to activation and loading. This procedure has caused a slight delay. Each week you win and request a withdrawal, we will process the withdrawal on Wednesday and the funds should be on your card by Thursday noon est.

You have already been given your 4-digit pin to be used at atm machines and point of sale locations. Below you will find the url and online pin so that you can have access to your account and balance when ever you need it. You can withdraw $500 per day at atm machines and also spend $500 per day where ever debit cards are accepted.

Thursday : Debit Card update: around 3:00pm EST I got access to my acct online & checked my balance , everything OK

I went to an ATM and w/d the max amount , OK , cash in hand

withdrew the rest of the money from ATM this afternoon , card balance under 10.00. The check from 1st w/d has not cleared yet but i think it will be OK.

Why play at CW? They hang off numbers on purpose , Greek may have Boston -2.5 -120 , CW will have -2 -110 , just one example.
