If its 0-1 they go to extra time and possibly penalites. If its 1-2, 2-3, 3-4 etc they are out.

1-1 FT.. take Milan +0.5 and draw..

soccer games always end in a draw.. and they don't score much... a 2 point game is already a high scoring game for them..
