The players do not respect the coach. A coach with no titles can garner no respect amongst these players. You are seeing what happens when the inmates run the asylum. An all star team needs a coach with credentials, not an up and comer with established all stars.

At the end of the day they will be in the Finals if not win it all.

I know its just early March, but there is NO reason to think the Heat can beat Boston/Chicago/Orlando in a 7 game series to get out of the East. And ther is no reason to think they can beat San Antonio/Dallas/LA Lakers for the title.
