ot] how do i IMBED a youtube video??

can someone help me out trying to post a freinds picks video in the talk section.how do i go about doing it??where you just click play and do not have to open the link itself?
i see the youtube tab but it just says (youtube)(youtube)
how do i get it to work??as you can tell i am a little computer illiterate when it comes to this stuff
