are they a sponsored book? check the list to see if they are on it.

Hi Rod,

Applications are generally processed the swiftest when 1. the eligibility requirements were met, and 2. the correct account ID was provided. A good percentage of applications end up declined because of containing an e-mail address, incorrect account ID, etc.
