I think Sac. Kings take 2nd half, and if I took a point total play for 2nd half I'd lean Under only b/c the first half went over the total by so freakin much. But I'm not good at picking point totals. History says Kings will fight a bit 2nd half. Rockets just shoot 3's all night long.
