MLB: pitcher change notification

just wondering if anyone here knows about a (free or paid) service you can subscribe to which notifies you (f.e. by e-mail) in realtime when there's been a starting pitcher change in one the mlb fixtures, like for example in yesterday's and today's Boston-game.
ofcourse you can check mlb.com every other second yourself, but i'm looking for something a little more automatic.

thanks for the tip, but i am actually looking for something a little bit more automatic that doesn't require me visiting a website every few minutes. say, like i can set off an alarm to alert me while i'm doing something entirely different so i know within seconds a pitching change has been announced somewhere

but perhaps it's a little bit to much of a niche request to expect some sort of a service doing this. there's always the option of writing my own script, which ofcourse could be based on the pinnacle xml, hadn't thought of that, so thanks for guiding me in the right direction that way
