I tried Justbet out a few months back and they covered fees on a $200 W.U. online deposit, came to like $227 total (online fees are much more but they stated they would cover it and they did) plus think they gave me 10 or 20 percent bonus, can't remember exactly been a few months.

I disagree w/ MLB lines. I have both 5Dimes and BetJam, and sometimes the low-juice from 5D beats out BetJam's.

Also, forget about first-time deposit bonuses/free plays. The rollover minimum from these are 5x or more the sum of your initial deposit, it'd take you too long before you could cash them out, and they always count the lower amount (ie., if you win, they count your bet, not your winnings)

You can't go wrong w/ 5Dimes, BetJamaica or Pinnacle, although the latter has so many alternative lines and in-game betting options you'd probably find yourself redepositing again soon after your first deposit.
