Ever Been To Hungover To Place A Bet?
I partied like a rock star last night. Night went from winning to epic fail in a matter of minutes. Woke up today and wanted to bet the Lakers +3 and some horse races, but was to hungover to make a bet.

Would it be better to drink all the time so I'll never gamble again?

I am thinking the more I drink, the less energy I will have to gamble.

Back in college, I can remember trying to wake up a couple hours before Saturday hoops games but I just couldn't keep focus, or hell, even stand up straight. Usually passed on the noon games and pulled myself together with a beer and steak n cheese from DAngelos. That always did the trick.

I guess it depends on how much you'd spend on booze vs how much you lose gambling. If you play small, and drink a lot, you're probably better off gambling.

          Not really

Gambling actually controls the mind more than liquor

You are supposed to get hungover after a loss...not before.

Ohhh yes...especially a killer for football season if I get to bed real late and don't set an alarm and next thing I know the Lions are on TV...naturally what I wanted to do usually wins so I try to makeup for it with the 4pm games and lose my tail.
