Statistically speaking, you will get buried.

it can be done.. however, you need some really good prices to beat it. if you can shop around and get some great prices on each side, you will win. it is risky though because if 1 run games go on a run, you can go broke quickly. i've seen once 7 straight weeks back in early 2000 with a ton of 1 run games and it didn't stop.. lots of 1 run games in baseball, especially the home team by 1. if game is tied or 1 run game late, you probably lose.
good luck..

I did it many years ago when I was young and stupid. Got buried in about 3 weeks.

actually late in season seems like more one run games might be able to win taking the +1.5 for both teams, you will never win laying the 1.5

Seems so simple but I think about 17% of games end in a 1-run difference.

I've always wondered if this could be profitable on games with high totals

you will lose in the long run but if you are going to do it only do it with high totals
