rod don't be so naive, you know that's not true. everyone that posts a pic and/or vid runs the risk of being "found out" irl. its a calculated risk we take, and if you plan on entering certain professions, it could potentially have harmful effects. just cuz it was taken down doesn't mean its gone, this is the internet, if someone would devote enough time (like certain agencies businesses contract to do background research on prospective employees) they can dig things up.

rod, this story is before your time, but a poster was found out making vids on the job, a poster(s) found it within their right to get involved with their personal life, and contacted the place of employment. he was immediately fired from his job (although he was just a pizza boy).

of course, the chances of this are slim to nil, unless you've made "enemies" here or someone is just a nosey-rosey with too much time and their hand and is a real asshole. but be wary, the potential is always there.

just some food for thought.
