Are there still points for blogging/writing up an article? Haven't seen much about it lately, is it still in effect?

No . they took it away because a lot of posters here were writing up bull shit for the 15 pts. so they banned it for everyone. people that wrote good blogs and put effort into them daily were robbed. i made the blog roll so many times. but again because of the huge number of trashy blogs they banned it...Comment -

Agree...I used to do it alot, especially during the MLS Soccer season...but there were guys that took advantage of the intent (surprise surprise) and it was shut down. You can write to your hearts content now, but there's no guarantee of anything, so most just didn't want to put in the effort for nothing.Comment
